Led by Wendy who was a school psychologist and has a background in Educational Psychology, our team of facilitators collectively has vast experience in training, coaching, counselling, adventure learning and kinesthetic body works.
We believe that our commitment and authenticity will be the key to establishing rapport and trust, and to having our clients take responsible actions to improve themselves and the community.
Founder and Managing Director
A professional in human development and personal transformation, Wendy is author of the 20-book series All Kids R Gifted and inspirational self-help book Break to Dawn: New Challenges, New Commitments. With First-Class Honours in Psychology and Education, she is a cognitive coach accredited by the National Centre for Teaching Thinking (Boston). Her WAND Approach to maximizing achievement and performance was presented at the 25th International Congress of Applied Psychology. The former Psychologist at Raffles Institution creates programmes that enhance and promote socio-emotional resilience.
Director of Strategy
After 20-years as Chartered Accountant and Group Financial Controller with various MNCs, Albert has since established himself as a sought-after team learning facilitator. He complements his Bachelor of Commerce & Administration Degree in Accountancy from Victoria University with Adventure Programming and Advanced Facilitation Skills training. A skilled facilitator of Team Building and Leadership programmes, he is currently working on planning and designing an innovative financial literacy curriculum.
Paul Goh Choon Yong
Director of Education
With over 12-years of experience working with children and teenagers, Paul is the creator of FOCUS, a programme that coaches youths in goal setting and achievement. Trained in Adventure Based Counseling, he uses his Certificate in Children Service (Merit) and experience in social service to design and coordinate workshops that help students become socially responsible and motivated leaders. This bilingual facilitator is former Chairman of CampVision, an initiative that reaches out to underprivileged youths.
Tan Kai Hiang
Director of Coaching and Team Learning
A specialist in holistic healing approaches and developing the mind-body connection, Kai is a pioneering member of Wand Inspiration who has trained and coached over 10,000 participants. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from NTU, this certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) mentors the team of facilitators to greater personal effectiveness. Her extensive involvement in community service have seen her lead a youth expedition to Nepal, and participate in post-Tsunami rebuilding efforts in Sri Lanka.
Luar Bee Ling
With over 16 years of experience with one of the global Big 4 accounting firms as a senior manager, Bee brings her knowledge of client management and training, as well as her expertise as a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), to Wand Inspiration. From young persons to adults, she demonstrates an ability to communicate well with people from all walks of life and at different levels. She specialises in developing social emotional resilience and confidence building. Bee has volunteered in many youth programmes, served with the Pertapis Home and participated in a Habitat for Humanity project in Mongolia.
