Introduction

Deadlines, meetings, family, children, excercise, friends and me time. There are multiple things pulling at us every day, demanding our time and attention. Trying to juggle them can be at best challenging, and at worst overwhelming. So how can you be fit and happy both at home and at work? What will it take for you to stay positive, be resilient and achieve your work-life goals?

 

Climbing the corporate ladder with a healthy body and happy family is possible using mindset and habits supported by key psychological research over the years. To be on top emotionally and mentally requires awareness and tools.

 

In this workshop, learn how self-affirmation, different ways of setting goals, support and gratitude lead to fulfilling work-life goals.

  • Understand how to achieve positive  and powerful mindsets you can use personally and professionally.
  • Practise habits and tools to lead and coach yourself, your working team and family to greater confidence and success.
  • Manage stress and stay calm and grateful even in the midst of challenges
