Introduction

Imagine how much more effectively your team could perform if members trusted each other more, and tapped on each other’s unique strengths. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), individuals will learn to understand and adapt to each other’s psychological preferences in perceiving the world and making decisions.

 

Understand how one’s own preferences are impacting the way one is communicating, managing change, making decisions and managing conflicts with others. Using this tool as a team, members will learn to better adapt to each other’s communication style for more effective communication as a team, and to manage differences between members to achieve a common goal.

 

This highly interactive and practical workshop focuses on equipping leaders with the skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary to be an effective coach in providing support for growth and performance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will have developed greater:

  • Self-awareness – deeper understanding about their own personalities’ strengths and pitfalls
  • Interpersonal awareness and empathy – learn to trust, accept and communicate better with others in the team
  • Team effectiveness – learn to understand and leverage on one another’s strengths and overcome limitations
