Change Management

 

Introduction

Change is a constant feature of the modern workplace. But sometimes desiring and proposing  change may be easier than getting people on board with the changes we implement. How do our teams learn to accept and grow stronger from strategic changes, transitions or even losses?

 

Change comprises a series of small adjustments that if applied well and positively, will bring one to a new and fulfilling goal. Using our GROW coaching model, team members will realize the feasibility of achieving goals together, and learn to support each other through this change. Past participants in this program report being more open and trusting of each other.

 

This highly interactive and practical workshop focuses on equipping leaders with the skills, empathy and attitude necessary to be a resilient team member in providing support for growth and performance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understanding of the changes that humans experience throughout life and career.
  • Interpersonal awareness and openness – learn to trust, accept, support and communicate better with others in the team to manage change together.
  • Team effectiveness – learn to appreciate, understand and leverage on one another’s strengths and overcome limitations, in order to build team resilience.

 

Course Outline

  • Fundamentals of achieving success through changes using our WAND approach.
  • What drives human behavior and how to maximize potential while minimizing interferences that changes may bring. 
  • Understanding one’s Stress Index and the emotions that come with change.
  • How to communicate and support colleagues in the face of changes. 
  • How to build trust as a team.
